ITB is now looking for a full-time Research Student to work on a research project “Automated Detection of Parkinson’s disease from Speech”. This is a PhD studentship that has been funded for a two year period with the possibility to extend to 4 years subject to progress and funding.
This project will investigate speech processing algorithms to characterise the behaviour of Parkinsonian speech, with the ultimate aim of contributing to the development of a system that aids the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
