ITB will host a Social & Community Development conference on Wednesday May 7th from 9am - 4pm.

The conference titled "Innovation in Social & Community Development" will highlight current best practice and new approaches for working in our communities through presentations and facilitated discussion spaces.

The key note speaker will be Mr Robert Watt, Secretary General of the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform.

There will be presentations by:

-Dr Patrick Burke, CEO of Youth Work Ireland
-Mr Declan Dunne, CEO of Sofia Housing
-Ms Siobhan O Donoghue, Director of the Migrants Rights Centre
-Mr. John Evoy, CEO of Irish Mens Sheds Association

-Rapporteur: Dr John Bamber, Centre for Effective Services

The Conference is free to attend and lunch will be provided on the day.
