Classes for Part-time courses will commence week beginning Monday 18th September 2017

Identify your student category in the table below and follow the steps outlined for each category.

For start dates, time and location of your course refer to Table D below :

3 Where to go on your first evening of class Go to the Student Information Desk in the Library (Block F) before class to the Part Time Administrator.
4 I had August Exams

You will not be able to register online yet. You should go to the Welcome Desk in Block A (Aontas Building) on the first night your classes run between 5pm and 6pm to be directed to your classroom.

5 Returning Student - Student ID Card

The student card issued to you was for the duration of your course.  Lost your Student ID Card ? Order a new one (€10 fee applies )

7 Student Handbook A student handbook will be available from September. It is a requirement that all students familarise themselves with the contents of the handbook. It contains useful information on college policies, fees, exams etc. It is a great reference tool for your time in college.

If you meet the criteria to progress carrying module(s) attend classes for the next year of your course pending approval.

1) Check you meet the criteria (i.e. 50 credits and a GPA of 1.66)

2) Apply Online to Progress Carrying a Module/s

You can apply online while on campus using the following link https://logan.itb.ie/progress

Alternatively you can access the system

from outside of the Institute using a wireless network using the following link: https://portal.itb.ie  

Login using your ITB username in the format of campus\B00 and your ITB password

3) Contact your course co-ordinator for academic advice

4) Monitor your student email account for updates to your application

Attend classes for your repeat modules pending approval

1) Print off your Exam Results

2) Fill in a Repeat & Attend Form Click Here for form

3) Contact your course co-ordinator for academic advice and to sign off the form

4) Submit signed form to the School Office - Block E Room E16

5) Monitor your student email account for updates to your application

There are additional fees for all students who are progressing carrying modules or repeating and attending. Students who are funded through Springboard or ICT are liable for repeat and attend fees.

ITB reserves the right to cancel any course and/or amend courses, fees, regulations or timetables at any time.
